Not going to go well. That team isn't set up for a QB to have success. Wentz is constantly under pressure when he drops back. It's almost every play. The same will happen to Hurts. Their WRs are also trash.

Two former Alabama QBs now starting in the NFL.

Jalen is more mobile though; it sucks for him but perhaps they're hoping it will be enough to get some success?

Damn, Jalen just supplanted a QB with one of the biggest contracts in the league at almost $40 million.

Way to go Jalen, love to see it

Hoping for the best but that's a bad team. He did do more than Wentz did Sunday though.

Of course he starts against the Saints.

I love him to death, but rookie QBs beat the shite out of my favorite NFL team.

Jalen Hurts earned a degree at Alabama.

He didn't earn one at Oklahoma.

No. Pretty sure I saw Hurts start for two years at Alabama.

Wentz is due to make $34 million next season. What a waste of money.

Good for him, but...
He is like the perennial back up that gets to takeover for the injured starter.
He'll be Trevors backup next year. Or whoever Philly brings in to be their QB. Jalen doesn't have the skills to be a winning NFL QB.

Philly has nothing to support a starting QB. This is not the opportunity Jalen needs imo, but it's the opportunity he's going to get. I hope it works out for him.

not this 2020 Saints team, who holds the #1 overall defense in the NFL currently.

I am happy for Jalen to get his shot - but damn, it is going to be a tough one for him against Cam Jordan & Friends

They looked halfway competent with Jalen and made it closer than it should have been.

Wentz is just garbage.

His final season at Alabama when he was backing up Tua.
