No disrespect taken. Jalen was mentored by two great coaches and has ties to both schools, he earned the right to wear what he choses.

Man you are a good dude! Thanks for posting that, now it makes sense!

And that is truly a really cool gift well earned and I am sure Jalen is proud as hell with that helmet. Obviously his stay in Bama didn’t end the way he wanted but my God he got to play for two of the greatest programs in college football and loved by two fan bases!

I was also correct that would have been somewhat disrespectful to OU and what they did for Jalen this past year.

that was because Saban didn’t think you were good enough to start,

You think Saban wouldn’t have kept Jalen had Tua not beaten him out?

Remember, Jalen beat our Barnett for the job because Jalen was better. Same scenario with Tua.

Jalen wanted to start and he wasn’t at Bama because Tua won the job. Jalen has love for Bama and always will. Sorry that fact has triggered you so much.

On the one hand you say, “he was good enough to start” and then on the other hand you say, “he left because he couldn’t start” Pick one or the other gumpy, you can’t have both the point and the counter point! Doesn’t work that way in a debate!

You can’t be this poor in reading comprehension can you?

I would have had no problem if he chose an all-Alabama helmet. In fact, I would totally understand that.

The fact that he's revered by BOTH programs is all that matters. Imo, that's a helluva accomplishment. Just goes to show that most fan bases admire and respect character and integrity in their players....not all though.

I wouldn't expect an LSU fan to understand. You've never had two starting caliber QBs on the same team before

Gump what the f*ck are you talking about?

In one sentence he states Jalen was good enough to start. And right after that he states but he is not good enough to start over Tua.

Not a problem with comprehension skippy, maybe the idiot writing the comment should re-read what he wrote! It makes zero sense, not shocking coming from a gump

Jalen was good enough to start. Tua was better and beat him for the job. That’s what the guy said but you failed to understand that. After reading your post, I’m not surprised you didn’t understand. You failed all the way around with this thread.

It’s amazing you fail to understand that people sometimes get beat out. Jalen is good enough to start, but not over Tua. You think he would have started over Burrow? Same principle.

I watched the video of the guy giving him that helmet with the sound off. Just looking at Jalen’s body language, I would have guessed he had no idea it was coming and did his best to be diplomatic when it happened.

3rd OU fan chiming in with no problem. LSU fans are so full of themselves it’s pathetic. It makes us choose Bama as the lessor of 2 evils an easy decision. SUCK YOUR OWN TIGER DICK NIGHTLY BITCHES.

You’re kidding right? You can’t have just posted the same damn thing when it is point out how stupid it is??? Ok wait don’t answer that forgot I was debating a gump, of course you are that stupid it is what makes all you gumps such big turd burglars!

Ok let me help the clinically moronic! If he wasn’t starting you dipshit, then that means the Coach “Nick Saban” didn’t think he was, now pay attention here you moron this is the crucial part, because Saban didn’t think he was GOOD enough to START over the QB that Saban tabbed to start which we all know was Tua!

Dude this isn’t difficult to understand take your head out of your mother arse and pay attention to this free lesson I will teach you.

if someone is perfectly healthy and isn’t starting on the team they are on, that is because the coach, for whatever reason, doesn’t think that player was good enough to start!

No way, no way you’re this dense. This has got to be an act. You simply fail to see that while someone is capable of starting that they may get beat out by a better player. Doesn’t mean person A is in capable of starting. Just that person B was more capable. That’s what the original guy said then you went all bat shite. You’ve proven yourself to be the dumbest motherfricker on this board. You’ve got to be putting on an act here. in Right?
