Tenn 19.5 PPG in SEC play in regulation
LSU 31 PPG in SEC play in regulation

Your team is averaging low 300s yards per game in SEC play.
LSU is averaging low 400s yards per game in SEC play.

LSU was leaving gaping holes for long runs on defense early in the season but seem to have figured that out.

I'm curiouswhat these ranks look like when you look at vs p5 opponents and then vs the SEC.

UT seems to be all world in the first few cupcake games every year and then the truth comes out vs the meat of the schedule.

Vols have played 2 non P5 teams, a top 20, a top 15 and a top team team this year….7 games into the season and still holding those lofty rankings including being a top 10 team. And that’s with pulling the starters out by the half in the 2 non p5 games and running into a stacked box for a half against OU.

LSU is having itself a ceiling year for Kelly, no need to pretend they are something they are not.

Ok, I see one team currently ranked at 15 (who also lost to Vandy) and a bunch of bad to ok teams, but if you want to use early season rankings, that's fine.

You avoided the question, and for good reason:
TN averages 21.5 ppg against the SEC (vs #31, #42, #59, #76 total defense)

Not counting the 1-play TD drive vs Ole Miss, LSU averages 31 ppg against the SEC (vs #13, #16, #41 total defense)

If LSU gets shut out this Sat, they'll average 23.25 ppg vs 4 better defenses than the 4 TN has played to date.

Teams drop after Vols beat them… unlike SoCal that beat LSU and vanished from the polls.

LSU wouldn’t sniff 20 points vs the Vols and the Vols would run all over them. Stop playing.

Meh, Tennessee's secondary is soft and trash.

The run game is severely overrated.

And you can't score.

Teams like commone opponent Arky who got boatraced at home By LSU?

You can thump your chest about running up the score against the Kent Golden Flashes, but the fact remains that LSU scores 50% more against significantly better SEC defenses.

People often believe that until they play the Vols.

It’s just the best in the SEC so I see how you could say that(idiot).

Obviously you can tell this by all the games we’ve been blown out in. (Again idiot).

Lost point again

We DESTROYED your arse in a place considered as impossible to beat.

That's a FACT you can't over.

Does Tony Freshwater need to explain this to you even further?

I'll give it to you, Vols D is legit and it's a championship caliber D. Your offense is really overhyped. Nico needs to lock in and figure this thing out quick.

LSU Offense in 5 games vs P4 schools: 30.6 pts/gm
UT Offense in 5 games vs P4 schools: 27.4 pts/gm

Weird that Tennessee fans are in their feels here. Their offense against SEC competition has been questionable, averaging under 20 ppg:

Vs Oklahoma: W, 25-15
Vs Arkansas: L, 14-19
Vs Florida: W, 23-17
Vs Alabama: W, 24-17.

Defense is great, but if you don’t see the offense as a weakness, that’s a problem.
