Why else would long time Saban assistant and personal friend
Bobby Williams leave Alabama with a huge pay cut to go to Oregon ? Obviously Saban told his old friend that he's retiring soon, and to seek employment elsewhere.

Tic-tock Bama !

I really hate to tell y’all this but Saban is enjoying coaching more than he ever has. He’s got at least 5 years left

Saban may very well retire in two to five years but that's not why Bobby is gone. Saban is hiring a young coaching staff.

A Mizzou fan making a thread about Bama...that’s a lot like the intern at the office nobody likes setting up a meeting to complain about the senior director.

I agree. Saban has entered the back 9 of his time at Alabama.

Probably only 9 years left in Tuscaloosa for the GOAT.

King Canute couldn't stem the tides of time.

Paul Bryant couldn't .

Nick Saban can't.

Williams got in his 10 years and will get a pension. There is a reason he was moved to an off the field position.
