So, you are angry about things, but you don't know if they happened.
Look, how you treat people matters. breaking promises matters. If Trev Alberts wants to have a scorteched Earth policy, he has to deal with the consequences.
I'm not angry at all. This is a win-win for me. I have zero sympathy for A&M fans after all the shite they talked when they joined the conference about how they were going to "take over the SEC" with all of their money and arrogance. Here we are 12 years later and they haven't won shite.
Now, their coach gets poached, they are in full melt down, and as an added bonus Texas and Schloss come off looking like a sack full of assholes. I'm enjoying both sides of it.

If your boss did to you what Trev Alberts did to Schloss, I think you would change jobs. Are you an a-hole?

Hard to believe that Texas douche baggery is real?
Not at all.
The tripe you are spewing is fine if that’s what you want to believe. The timing by both the idiot and the school renders the rest unacceptable. A civilized society demands a week or two before the announcement and significantly better handling of the situation.

IF he has been recruiting players on the A&M roster and A&M recruits to Texas for weeks or even months then that is some low down, dirty bullshite.
Fan fiction. If that was the case it would have leaked out earlier.

Not fan fiction. Recruits parents, as well as parents of some of the younger players have already confirmed it

Texas is grinning ear to ear knowing they hired away A&M’s coach. The biggest frick you to Aggie outside of coming to the SEC.

Several of the recruits and player’s parents have already done so. It will all come to light
Pretty sure a player tweeted out last night that he found out from twitter (X). Maybe you don't remember playing organized sports growing up but a secret like that spreads through the team quickly. The only people who believe he was recruiting high school kids and A&M players to Texas weeks prior to leaving, lack the ability to critically think.

Yes, when Alberts fired the two guys that worked for him.
The facilities upgrade were an attempt to talk him off the ledge, but it was too late at that point. He would still be at A&M if not for Alberts..
He was on the Athletic Director search committee and wanted the West Point Athletic Director.
Not matter how successful you are, in what world does the BASEBALL coach dictate who a school hires as its athletic director?
We all saw what happened to South Carolina when they did that.

A&M players are already hitting the portal in droves. Let's see where they wind up.

No argument from me.. I wasn't saying he should have been able to pick the AD.. I am saying he didn't like working for Alberts.. and so he left. I think it's really that simple.
Would you have preferred he left in April or May, right before the postseason? Would you feel the same way had they won on Monday? He did take you to your best finish ever. Leaving in April or May would have been better for Texas as well.. but yet, he waited.. food for thought..

Had he left in April or May, Weiner, Cain, or Earley would be the coach right now. The way it went down was FAR worse.

Targac is a senior. None of the seniors knew because their eligibility is used up. They all found out on Twitter.

They would have complained that it was a distraction. There's no good time for a coach to leave.

Yes, but I'm not responsible for developing a team of young men. I don't blame anyone for taking a better job, but there is a right way and a wrong way to do things.

I suspect the fact of the matter is Texas needed a new coach, the AD's buddy had the resume and wasn't really fitting in with the aggie AD or its weird traditions, and slapping a&m across the face right before changing conferences was just a bonus.
