I think that it will be more of an advantage than anything else. So much is riding on this game for both schools, it will be rough.

Bama will probably win, but it's not going to be easy. Going to be a hell of a game for sure

The game will be setteled on the field between the players...fans and stadiums don't matter...if that were the case, Bama wouldn't have waxed LSU's arse for 30 straight years in Baton Rougue....if Bama goes out there and takes care of business, LSU fans will be heading to the exits and back to their tailgates.....The USCe game got pretty quite there for awhile

Maybe what I am really asking is what is Lsu's record in homes games under Miles in that 2:30 time slot?

Comparing LSU in home day games to LSU in home night games will only prove your point. You should be comparing LSU in home night games to UF/UGA/UA/AU in home night games.

These games would more accurately reflect how much of a home field advantage you have in TS.

The title of the thread is "Tiger Stadium at Night". 2:30 is during the day.

It has to do with the dew from that magical river water that rolls into the stadium and kills the dreams of opponents.

That place is nuts. Just as loud, if not slightly louder, than the Swamp.

Both stadiums have their loud moments. The Swamp is the loudest stadium I have ever heard when their team is entering the field.

However, Tiger Stadium is louder when it matters. No question.

hell, most of the hype surrounding bama is a myth, esp half of your NC's. the other half are legitimate so i don't understand while y'all feel the neccessity to fabricate so many of them.

I agree with that but according to that list you have 1 win over a top 3 ranked Florida team and several wins over good teams that finished the season with 3-4 losses.

We beat #3 South Carolina at night this season.

Fans are 10x drunker at night. It is 10x louder.

Its tough to beat us at home and even moreso at night.

Bama is the best team to visit Death Valley at night in a long, long time. It will be like sticking your head inside of a jet engine.

Saban is the best coach in cfb and he will have his boys ready to play through the noise. I for one cannot wait to be there to witness the game.

I remember in 2002 when we got blown out in a night game in Tiger Stadium by Alabama. Our head coach was clueless. He even fired the Tide up with a senseless rant about how he hates cheaters and whatnot. I know that the Tide fans hate that dude, and will never forgive him for it. I'm so glad we ran that clown out of town. He was totally outcoached by Frannie that night.

I hated Franchione. His smartass "I guess we know who the best in the west is" remark in 2001. Adios to him.
