If it wasn't Texas, maybe. No matter what you do after that they are going to run their mouths. It's like us winning it all but having the loss to Florida. They'd run their mouths (and I'd do the same). Some games aren't so bad to lose, but Losing to your rival, no

Less of a liability for the winner for sure, but still a liability.

I was thinking the same thing. Both UGA and Texas would have been better in the playoffs if they hadn’t played the championship game.

No, you wanna win the SEC title it means something Georgia was better off with Stockton than Carson Beck. I don’t think Georgia beats Texas in the SEC title If Carson Beck doesn’t get injured.

No you lose to a mediocre Texas team and will probably fall all the way down to 8 or 9

The only way I see the ags losing is if texas fans lock sark in a closet so he doesn’t show up.
Ags win 38-27

we're going to ignore the fact that they'd be playing for an SEC championship in this case? Something they have never won? Lol.

Eh, SECG has kinda lost its shine when then 12 teams playoff was implemented. I’d rather focus on the playoffs and take my chance landing on a lesser P4 opponent in round 1.

So, now if aggie loses to tejas it won't be because they are afraid to play BAMA, but because they want to rest up for the playoff?

Sounds faggie enough for aggie.
