I couldn’t care less what he does as a pro. I can’t imagine he won’t be good though. His comp is strassburg and he’s pretty good as a pro. I would expect it to translate. He’s not lacking anything really

I’ve never seen a college pitcher have the velocity, movement and placement the way he does. Add in he is still throwing 100 after 100+ pitches is beyond crazy.

I think he shows less effort than strassburg too, which doesn’t mean that he won’t have arm problems, but it looks very effortless.
He should move through the minors quickly and at least be a quality reliever.

Skenes is averaging over 16Ks per 9 innings, and did it with the postage stamp strike zone the SEC enforced this year.

He is a great college pitcher, but I enjoy baseball as a whole. If all you care about is college then yes. As I said he is probably the goat college pitcher

They spent all season talking mad shite lol they are celebrating any championship alone. It’s how they prefer it anyways. Just see tonight. Compare it to the whole season everybody congratulated each other and moved. LSU likes to hold their nuts and fish for compliments after. Let them. It makes them unique here.

I was congratulating LSU too after the first month or two or three of the season. They really looked like the best team by far. They still have the best offense but idk about the pitching staff outside of skenes. We will see. They remind me of my Atlanta braves, who I don’t think will win it all either
