If by waiting, you mean coiled up like a snake ready to strike, then yeah.
Petrino is a hell of a coach, but he's a bastard. Any acts of contrition were solely image scrubbing. If he doesn't get himself fired first, he'll sweep the knee & take Dumbo out.

Piss off Jimbo enough until he has a breakdown and starts swinging. Petrino becomes HC and A&M gets out from that contract without paying a dime.
