Their offense is that good. But TT defense is also that bad.

Looks like they’ve found a running back. Taamu throws a very catchable ball and their receivers are awesome. I wouldn’t be shocked if they’re that good.

Definitely a mixture of both

Offense is solid but our D is PUTRID and will be exposed once we get to conference play

Tech returned every defensive starter. Their defense is supposed to be solid this year. Scotty Phillips getting over 200 on the ground for us was the biggest key. If he turns out to be a legit SEC caliber back like he looked like today we are set because that will balance us and really open up the pass game.

Bit of both.

I think they will give a few teams they aren't supposed to beat some problems.

Like everyone predicted, TTU's defense improved by leaps and bounds. Didn't you see their elite LB and future draft pick Dakota Allen stuff Scottie Phillips at the line? Or how about that safety who refused to bite on Phillips' juke move en route to a touchdown?

That means little.
Their defense—again—is the reason Kliff will likely be fired this year.
That’s not to take away from Mississippi’s game.
Just sayin’ Tech is about as one-sided a team as they come.

#3 for Tech looked like hot garbage. I think Lodge banged his girlfriend and took his lunch money after the game too.

Texas Tech is notoriously one of the greatest OOC opponents an SEC team could ever face in the last 5 years, OM should feel privileged to squeak by with a win.

Far better SEC coaches and teams have failed to slay the seductive Kliff Kingsbury. Whatshisface at OM should rejoice.

The only CFB team with better WRs than OM is WVU. OM has some serious offensive fire power right now. Glad we're not playing them this year.
