Ole Miss has defeated LSU 4 times in the last 20 years. In that same time span Georgia Tech has defeated Georgia 3 times. If that's a rivalry frick it I guess so.

Definitely LSU's traditional SEC rival and should be played closer to Halloween like it usually has been. Generally don't play Ole Miss this early in the season.

Can't stand Ole Miss but they're not a rival of ours.
If a rival is based on most hated status, LSU has the privilege of hating half the conference at different levels depending on a sliding scale of factors.
You have to beat us every now and then. The more you do this, the more we hate you. So Alabama is at the top of our hatemometer for now. Followed by probably TAM. After that it's a cornucopia of hate. Hate for everybody. Rival for a day.

Not really. That never bothered them. LSU has always trailed Bama big time in the overall series. When Saban came that got the hate on for Tiger fans.

Not an old timer, but from my perspective, Ole Miss is definitely one of LSU's bigger "rivals" traditionally. The issue there is that Ole Miss's biggest rival is Miss State.
