I’m pretty sure we recruited them too along with a few dozen other schools.

all pay as much as we do as fans. Yet we have all the money to buy Jimbo and LSU didn’t and it’s not costing fans any more
Should have just led off with this. To aggie, everything is about money.

No everything is about bragging about something to mask the lack of on the field accomplishments.

I for one, am sorely disappointed in our on field accomplishments. Without being an arse... if OU was in our position... would you not try to hire a big time staff if you have the booster $ for it.
We as fans and alumni, are demanding a better product. Seriously, one day we will get the right coach, mindset and circumstances that will pay off. I hope it is this time.

Bottom line is we did it. It’s done. No reason to worry about it, as it’s now time to see if it works out.

Off the field, it looks like A&M is doing everything they can to win.
That is about the best you can hope for in a program.
Now it is just hoping the staff works out and gets the right players and schemes.
I still think A&M can be a breakout team, they have built the foundation. But it is always tough to get the right staff and have the right circumstances.

The only good Texas HS players go to OU or LSU. The rest don't win anything worth while in college recently.

Yeah, Von Miller, Mike Evans, Myles Garrett, Johnny Manziel, Ryan Tannehill, Jake Matthews, Luke Joeckel, Cedric Ogbuehi, Armani Watts, etc etc just aren’t good players
A&M has more Texas HS players get more accolades in college and get drafted higher to the draft than LSU and Oklahoma (and any other school for that matter)
