Is it really Georgia’s year? 20 years of “This is THE Year"

History
Not hating...feeling your pain. Got to thinking about it, because this year is the year "LSU Wins It All." I get so tired of all these predictions. It's like building you up, just to get slammed. Hope to see y'all in Atlanta.

This team was freakin’ stacked, why can’t Georgia win in the clutch? This isn’t becoming a trend…is it?

UGA will be good.
It very well could be their ‘year’ for the foreseeable future.

I hate UGA, but if Kirby keeps recruiting like he is, UGA will almost have to try to not accidentally win a title sometime in the next 3 or 4 years.

It’s Mississippi States year but we hanging low. We don’t want to bring too much attention to the beast we are for 2019.

Gee,Uncle Don with yet another hot take.
Year after year with those Aubbie losses.
So painful that you guys had to go whining to the SEC to get the game moved up a month.

From now on, every year should be possibly the year. And that's all you can hope for until it is the year. During Richt's tenure, most years you could dream of winning it if you started the season outside the top ten. I don't think anyone has done that since Auburn and they had a gamechanger at QB no one saw coming. In college fooball, there ony 6 or 7 teams that have any real shot at it these days. We are one. That hasn't been the case for many, many years.

Did Auburn not have integrated schools in 1980?

No uga fan has said "this is the year" entering the season aside from like maybe 2004.
It seems like the only people making those claims are other fans

Kirby is stacking the deck with top players to match his mediocre game day coaching and hoping for the best

Hey Donald, where is that 1980 school pic from? It can’t be the Deep South there are all honkies in that pic and one Elizabeth Warren type Native American Indian on the top row? I’m just curious.
