Well Alabama has 5 NC in the last 10 years and 5 playoff appearances.

2018: ND and Alabama each had one playoff appearance and one blowout loss to Clemson apiece.

I ask again: was Alabama relevant in 2018? If they were, it’s pretty hard to argue that ND was not.

No different than Kirby. Kirby isn't doing anything Richt didn't do.

Kirby had to beat a much better sec west champ and a much better bowl opponent, so his 2nd year was better than richts, but when you are going to understand that you are complimenting Kirby by saying this?

basically being coached by Mark richt 2.0

That is what the numbers tell us. Richt went 10-2 in year 4 (11 game regular season) so Kirby has very little room for error so it is pretty much 11-1 or bust for this year or he will continue to get compared to Richt. Richt also had an SEC Championship in year 5 so Kirby has this year or next to do it and if he doesn't then there is no argument anymore.

Did Auburn not have integrated schools in 1980?

No, they still don’t, unless you can play ball.

ND has been blown out every single time they have been on the big stage. They haven't been relevant for a long time. Has Alabama suffered the same fate? For sure you can see the difference here? You are trying to make a name for yourself off of beating a relic of a program by 1 point on the road like it is some big win. Its laughable.

Still ignoring everything I said. It’s ok, I know it’s hard to think past basic records.

In 2018, Alabama suffered the same fate.

I haven’t said a word about Georgia. You said ND hasn’t been relevant. I’m pointing out the ridiculousness of that argument based on just last season. I didn’t even have to go back 12 months.

It hasn't been a big deal to beat ND for a longtime now. Well, I guess unless you are a Georgia fan

ND has become a literal punching bag in big games. They get destroyed. ND as a program hasn't won anything in 30 years. Nobody cares that they won a bunch of National Championships in the 40's, 60's and 70's. Alabama has been winning National Championships very recently at an unprecedented clip.

Seems you are the one that is ignoring things and trying to make us believe beating ND is meaningful in 2019. It isn't.

Notre Dame hasn't won a NC in 30 years.

They are 0-6 in BCS/CFP games with an average losing score of something like 31-6 or something very close to that.

Only a Georgia fan would think you don't have to win something every once in a while to be relevant. It is like I am talking to a 6 year old child.

Going 12-0 and appearing in a 4-team playoff is relevant by any sane and reasonable definition. There are 130 FBS teams. Any team in the playoff hunt is relevant by definition.

That was a fantastic read. One day they may win one but I seriously doubt it. Prove me wrong.

Anyways ...

Georgia will go 10-2 this year. Losing to A&M and Florida. Sorry boys.

This clown is just some weakass troll that's going after UGA. Just ignore him and let him scream into the wind like he's used to doing.

nd got obliterated just like they have in every single BCS/Playoff game they have been in where the average score is something like 31-6. ND is a relic living off the past. They haven't won anything in Decades.

That team that "obliterated" ND turned around and obliterated Bama as well....
