Let's see:
Alton Sterling T-shirt during the most racially charged incident in Baton Rouge in the last 20 years

Showing his arse before the Florida game and then insisting to be put in the lineup even though he wasn't 100%

Quitting on the team before the season was over

Signing with an agent prior to the team's bowl game

No showing at the final team dinner

So, yeah, the jury's out on how much of a "great guy" he is.

will ask the question. What exactly have you accomplished in your life?

Other than being an unofficial “keep LLLLLLLLSU fans from going nuclear in their mouth foaming excuse making by holding a mirror up”...here are some of life’s experiences.

Vietnam vet, combat 1967-68, Special Forces, A-242 Dak Pek and A-244 Ben Het, couple of awards including CIB ( if you have to ask what that is, don’t bother).

Three collage degrees including MS Petroleum Engineering.

Successful career in oil industry, now retired, comfortably, live on lakefront New Orleans.

36 published papers, many industry related but also include historical research, WWII, WBTS, Vietnam, and one fiction.

Two sons, one grad of USNA, now USMC major: other all state LHSAA football, played small college until hurt, grad of Alabama ( 5th generation), successful career in shipping industry.

Got down to 3 handicap once, one hole-in-one, shot even par 72 once, won five golf tournaments.

Collect oriental rugs, have about 80, regarded as “highly informed” about Baluch rugs and culture. Numerous on-line articles.

Collect Randall knives, regarded as leading expert on Vietnam era. Numerous published articles.

Represented vets associations for Memorial Day activities in Washington DC. Testified in front of monuments commission in last hearing to approve the Vietnam memorial in 1982.

Survived living amongst heathen in New Orleans for almost 40 years, putting up with corn dog conspiracy theories, whining, ref blaming, Alabama hating without ever losing it...just laugh. Don’t even put my Big Al head over on my driver.

Written some excellent poetry, driven and/or owned some fast and exotic cars, including a Rene Bonnet dejet Gordini engine, one of 8 imported into US. Raced motorcycles, mostly flat track. Ran 440 and high hurdles, played HS football until 1961, ran triathlons until I was 65.

Played, reffed, coached soccer at levels from 7-8 to high school for 50 years, retired from coaching a LHSAA high school team when I turned 70, lettered college soccer in1963

Traveled far and wide, around globe twice, 28 countries, all 50 States. Next trip...Normandy, 75th Annuversary to see the spot my paratrooper father was KIA twelve days after I was born.

Many excellent relations with beautiful and accomplished women. Met two Presidents. Have been happily married for last 8 months.

There are some other accomplishments but the statute of limitations has not expired.

Now let’s see why you wanted to know all of that? I don’t think you are interested in me, I think you get upset because I know how to twist the knife in writing. But my friend, please notice I usually only appear when the LLLLLLLLSU fans have gone completely off the reservation.

Ciao

He literally does seem to be trending to Trent Richardson territory

The difference is Fournette is just Charmin soft made of glass and Trent was blind and unable to see gaping holes

Jags have signed Bo Scarborough

To the practice squad over a month ago. Want to know who is on the active roster: rookie David Williams - who spent 3 years at South Carolina and then his final season at Arkansas.

So you might want to calm down a bit about Scarborough.

As for Richardson, we know why he was a bust:

Say what you will about Fournette, but he not exactly part of a balanced offense. I mean, here's what the Rams switched to after Fournette's 75 yard TD against them last year:

I bet all those women and Presidents can barely stand to be in the same room with such a stud.

Clearly the most interesting man in the world. I bet Nick Saban asked for your autograph at A day.

This is a standard LSU gump troll. Facts unimportant.

It took Mark Ingram six years to rush for a 1000 yds in a season.
The Saints had so much invested in him they decided to just be patient as they got all the gump out of him.

Derrick Henry is also a bust by your own standards. He has yet to rush for over 750 yds. Former Heisman winner. Sad. Pathetic even.

TJ Yeldon (I call him Twinkle Toes) also has never run for over 750 yds and is basically just a change of pace back.

So by your standards Fournette is a bust coming off an injury in his second year. Correct?

That would make Richardson, Ingram, Lacy, Yeldon and Henry all busts too. That's why they call bama DBU (Draft Bust U.)!
Mark Ingram - 4.5 ypc
Derrick Henry - 4.1 ypc
TJ Yeldon - 4.1 ypc

Leonard Fournette - 3.7 ypc

This looks like one of those patented LSU 2 WR route plays that has produced an 8 game win streak for Alabama.

Alabama has beaten LSU 8 times in a row

Let me repeat....It took Mark six years (SIX) to rush for 1000 yds. I know for a fact Sean had to be patient with him as they got all the gump out of him (I can explain it in more detail if you would like).

quote:

Derrick Henry - 4.1 ypc

Another former Heisman Winner that still has not rushed for a 1000 yds. Maybe the Titans will be able to de-gump him. I doubt it. More likely to join Trent and Lacy on the bama-bust all-pro bowl team.

quote:

TJ Yeldon - 4.1 ypc

Ahhhh...Twinkle Toes...Still looking for 1000 yds rushing season (doubt it ever happens). He is basically a 3rd down back and change of pace guy for the dump truck with 4.5 speed who runs into loaded boxes every game. Ol' Twinkle Toes comes in and catches screens and runs for meaningless yds when the defense relaxes when his soft arse comes in.

Why would bama fans talk about RB's when almost all of them are either busts are serious underperformers in the NFL?

1. Because they helped Alabama beat LSU 8 times in a row.

2. Because they're better than Leonard Fournette.
