i haven't found it, but i don't do XM. i'm shocked at how little is known about it all so far.

Had a 90 Day No Compete Clause with Jox when he left.

I believe he has to wait 90 days, per his contract, until he can reemerge on the radio airwaves.

He has been hinting about the animosity of the impending break up for months...I have read he has a minimum 3- month non-compete in the B-ham market

Whoever picks him up I hope they help him get more interview and try to cut down on the asshats. Which I know will be tough.

Clause is a bit unique. He can sign elsewhere within 90 days, but WJOX can match it and his contract is extended. He doesn't want to be there, so unless someone (ESPN or Sirius) offers him something WJOX can't match, then nothing will be finalized until the 90 days are up and WJOX can't hold him prisoner.

You don't understand his ratings. PF is the Jerry Springer of sports radio. No way he discourages that behavior. For the record I wish he would be more like Bill King but that's just not going to happen.

No I get it. That's why I listen from time to time. It's hilarious. Of course it's played out but I enjoy listening to people talk shite then having their team get beat and having them come on and make excuses.
