Has to be up there, for the 1 football game they play there each year.

I went for the A&M game last season. It was all right, for Arkansas.

I just wondered why Arkansas grads put up with playing in Little Rock.

Was joking. Think it's odd they have to play in Little Rock as well.

I have been to all SEC towns, with the exception of CoMo and College Station. I agree that Fayetteville and Lexington are really nice. They would definitely be up there. I exclude Nashville as a college town. Baton Rouge is really fun, and my favorite game day atmosphere (with the exception of UGA of course), but not as nice as the others as a town.

Bottom tier would be Knoxville, Gainesville, Starkville, and Columbia, SC.

Tuscaloosa and Auburn are meh.

I used to try and argue for Baton Rouge, but I have given up on it.

The LSU area of Baton Rouge is nice, really nice, but the rest of the city sucks, and just drugs us down.

It looks very nice. Sucks we play them in Dallas every year.

Fayetteville is very nice, as is the Arky campus when it's not gripped in the death throes of Mother Nature's cruelty. ( a little baseball humor).

The prettiest campus/city sight to me is the Vol Navy on game day. I do love the water and boatin, and it is so cool to see the flotilla making it's way to the docks.

Beautiful area of the country. It's a shame that it's ruined by having so many Arkansans living there.

I have been robbed in Athens twice walking back from the bars. I am gonna blame the first time on my own stupidity but the second time was a planned robbery that some thugs stalked me from the bars to where I was staying with a get away car and everything, they defiantly do that scheme regularly.

In the 90's Athens got pretty rough and thuggy for a while. It's alot safer in the last 10 years.

Everyone I know who was ever mugged (and one girl gangraped in an alley downtown) it was in the 90's.

I'm taking a stab in the dark saying you were mugged in the 90's....

I think so. But I'll always love Tuscaloosa for obvious reasons.

I've lived in:

Fayetteville - top notch

Knoxville - I liked it a lot

Nashville - love it, but yeah, not a "college town" per se

Columbia, MO - has some great spots and terrible spots - exquisite college girls all over - cannot find a pizza to save your life. America, there is ZERO good pizza in Columbia, MO. Shakespeare's is decent. Sorry Germans.
