He's been saying this since early last year basically (been all over Arizona and LSU's nuts the entire time, mostly ignoring Kansas, Duke etc...he's a hack), which I'm sure Arizona and LSU will get a NOA, doesnt really mean anything will happen though. Based on what most have gotten and responsed, the NCAA doesnt have much 1st party info and nobody is talking. On our end they already cleared Smart last year and Naz Reid wont even talk to them being in NBA now. Basically just sending out due diligence to seem like they are making a response. Someone like Louisville could be in most trouble since they were already on basketball probation.

Yep. A letter may come, but it's tough take him at his word as far as when it will happen. He and Forde are so invested in this happening now to save their creditibility that it's tough to believe anything they say.
