we havent had a rb worth a shite since gibbs...and that doesnt feel very alabama. i have a feeling we settled there because he was playing better than joe jam was which a scarecrow could have done. if alabama continues to have woeful play at running back its gonna be hard to win things...i mean freaking rb....we cant find one?

I don’t think it’s a bad thing to discuss y’all’s rb chart here. Proud tradition of rbs that’s definitely fallen off. Any guys yall are excited about? Present or future

This is gonna be a hard concept, but people can have multiple interests.

I’m not writing him off for sure. Kind of a legit question. It’s time for bama to have great backs again. It’s kind of in the dna requirement for bama to field championship teams

It should be Justice Haynes. As it is, I think AK Dear might pass Hill and Riley at some point this season.

I’m looking forward to seeing what Trae’shawn Brown and Crowell do. Hill is situational with not a lot of wiggle.

wtf are you talking about?!!! FFS man. Dude was the #5 best RB in the country. He’s no slouch. AK Dear was a 5 star and number 1 RB in the country. They were both freshman last year. Not to mention EJ crowell another freshman was the #1 RB in the country. We may have the most talented RB depth chart although young in the country try. We’ll be fine at RB. Gibbs was a transfer with experience. Big difference.

We just need an o line that will block. Not catch two yard passes

This is why Daniel Hill should have gone to State where he would be appreciated. Kid is a great RB but his OL at Bama last year was just not that good at run blocking.
He will absolutely be the man but it all starts upfront.
