Add to the grind of 24/7 HS recruiting having to re-recruit all 85 of your guys next year and renegotiate one-way contracts.

With all of the hassle that has already been there, like making sure grades are up, assistants are effective and happy, keeping kids out of trouble, dealing with parents who think kids should get more playing time.

It's full time if you want to be successful.. but it's definitely not the toughest job in the world. Even if you suck, you can most likely retire as a very wealthy man.

But the stress of it all is a huge burden no doubt.

You guys thought we were crazy with our staff size. Who's crazy now?

OK it's still us.

Yes, it's extremely tough to suck at your job and then walk away with tens of millions in severance when you get fired.

The University of Alabama's athletic department employs roughly 250 people. This number includes staff for various sports, administration, and support services. The department also oversees approximately 500 student-athletes.

The staffs will just keep getting bigger and bigger. The coaches wont do more.

Hell no.

Coaches have an army of support behind them now, it’s ridiculous. And money recruits more than they do.

I'll take CNA. Wipe asses, get bossed around by everyone, and get damn near zero dollars for it.
