By winning the Heisman and the Natty in the same year?

He's arguably the least impressive part of his team.

I expect him to win the same amount of nattys and heismans as the rest of the Mannings.

Keep talking. This kind of absurd rhetoric (folks who obviously don’t watch the games) will motivate a nice kid who was actually excellent second half of the season last year and had a defining experience in coming from behind to take out an elite team in OSU. If you watched, it wasn’t Arch who fumbled, dropped a 50 yd pass and then dropped a perfectly thrown TD pass (all in first half). Arch wouldn’t point that out but I’m happy to. Glad he is our qb. We’ll have fun seeing what else he can do. Hook em.

He will need to seriously improve in consistency for this to happen.

He’s a great football player and just a good qb, which is fine right now. He fights and never quits but unless Texas goes 11-1 or wins the sec don’t see him winning the heismann

He had 37 touchdowns against 5 turnovers last year playing behind a OL that was putrid for 8 games and below average for 5 games. He had the highest pressure rate in the P4. He had no running backs and his receivers dropped 8 percent of his passes, which I believe was the highest in the SEC.

Now he has a very good line, excellent backs, and competent receivers.

We will see, but I think he has a chance for a special season.

Arch needs to do better or the only list he will be on is the biggest disappointment list. The media has hyped him up so much that there is no way he will ever meet their expectations. All because of his last name.
