Jimbo may want to move on before another employer catches on to him. At least FSU got a NC out of the deal before he destroyed that program. A&M only got a 2nd place in the division during an asterisk year.

Word is that both Dabo and Jimbo have already told LSU thanks, but no thanks. Fisher is on the verge of a monster recruiting class at A&M, and a new set of football facilities including a new indoor practice field will be completed by the end of 2023. The plans are already out there for those interested ....

Y'all are living in a fantasy land where Lsu would want a coach with an ancient football philosophy. Our players might want him so they could frick his wife though.

So this is going about like the baseball coach search went. No one had Jay Johnson on the radar, they all though LSU was going to try to get that goober from Tenn. Its a smokescreen boys, Woodward is looking elsewhere.

This is rich.
Didnt he run out of Tallahassee with his tail between his legs?

I don't even want Jumbo, I'm hoping for Aranda but the melt from atm if he did bolt for LSU would be historic.

Who do you think LSU ultimately gets? The bright side is I don't see any bad names as candidates.

Jimbo isn’t going anywhere. Why would anyone coaching football leave the largest school and second largest contract in the SEC to coach at a small private religious university in the gutted Big 12. TCU isn’t Notre Dame. Only LSU could run off a SEC coach to the Baptists.

No idea to be honest. Never know how much of the internet is genuine and how much is bullshite.

Yeah I think of the names mentioned so far can have success at LSU. We've seen much worse coaches have a ton of success in BR. At this point I'm trusting Scott Woodward to make a good hire until he gives me a reason not to trust him.

Good thing LSU fans like baseball because this is strike 3 trying to hire Fisher.

What color binder will they settle for this time?

That's right, LSU has such high expectations for the football program that we've already fired a coach we never hired.
