These same insiders were announcing Mike Bianco had signed a contract to be the new HC so I would take it all with a grain of salt.

If I were LSU, I would go after Lane Kiffin. Period.
There is no other coach in the country right now on his level, who could be had.
In my opinion, Lane Kiffin is one of the top 5 cfb coaches in the country. I don't understand why everyone isn't in a bidding war over him.
Look at the man's resume - NFL head coach, SEC head coach, great at recruiting, brilliant offensive mind in an offensive era. Great QB coach.
Big Splash Hire.

He was my number 1. But, his decisions on 4th down have been horrendous. That may have something to do with it.
