Didn't dominate them.
1995 Nebraska dominated 4 top 10 teams.
Nebraska beat #2, 5, 7 and 9. Uf, Colorado, Kansas St. and Kansas. Not exactly powers.

Those were top 10 teams that year.
LSU barely beat multiple other teams.
If you want to be the GOAT, you have to dominate from day 1 against everyone.

I appreciate your answer but, statistics don’t play the game. Who is to say the team which has the best stats would definitively win? It still leads to conjecture and speculation.

Indiana lacked domination due to a talent disadvantage throughout the season.

Oregon

You can't compare the years because the rules are constantly changing. If you want to compare them, then what years rules are you going to play by?
If you play by 1995 rules, Nebraska wins easily. If you play by 2019 rules, LSU wins easily.
So show me a team that dominated the competition better than 1995 Nebraska.
Is the GOAT really only 3 points better than 2019 Auburn?

Another day, another post obsessing over the team that did what LSU couldn’t.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Indiana football posted their victory post at 10:19
The fact that you had this post written and ready to fire before they had even won just shows how pathetic the LSU fan base - especially you - really are.
What a pathetic loser

2025 Indiana had a great season and is a very good team but is not even in the same galaxy as 2019 LSU!
2019 LSU 49
2025 Indiana 28
2019 LSU 49
2025 Indiana 28

Very hard to argue what Indiana did makes them the GOAT now. Not sure they beat Burrow's LSU team, 05 USC, nor 01 Miami or 95 Nebraska, but they did much more(the other teams had no chance to win playoff games to be fair, they probably do it and dominate easily)

LSU 2019 was shite compared to 2025 Indiana.

2022 UGA was better than 2019 LSU

You should stick to making lane gifs, your football IQ is lacking...

2019 LSU is not in the conversation with 2024 Indiana. One team went 16-0, the other didn't.

Indiana annihilated a very good Oregon team featuring an offense very much like LSU’s offense in 2019. And then of course that LSU defense in 2019 was not very good. The only way I would bet on LSU if they were to play Indiana is if I got 14 points.

a better comparison is Indiana vs the 95 Huskers since they were the previous goat. Indiana has an argument now.
