JD represented his university and family well tonight! Almost makes you think LSU is a respectable university.
But then you watch a clip of the cajun rednecks singing neck and remember it’s the trashiest, low class university in our conference. If only the whole university was full of JDs.

Seems his parents raised him right. Thought it was funny how “obligatory” his thanks to all things LSU sounded vs some of the other thanks he gave.
Maybe that was a coincidence, or maybe he didn’t seem to truly fit the culture of that place (kind of like their coach).

I mean, the university is actively trying to change that one word and with the use of the Jumbotron, is about 50% there. Most Bama parents aren’t teaching their kids the old version of that one, but I saw plenty of LSU parents “indoctrinating the culture” into their young ones. I’m sure that will work out well for them long term! Lots of doctors, lawyers, etc. from that bunch, right?

Nope, and my family doesn’t participate in that one. We just wait for the fight song after it.
But that’s nothing compared to STTDB. Rammer Jammer is at least related to the outcome of the game and talks about giving the other team a fight. Your cheer is just trashy words, from a trashy fan base, that has nothing to do with the outcome or play of the team. Congrats, I guess.

Guess if you want to call people that never set foot on the university campus part of the “fan base.” I was referring to your prestigious alumni and current attendees, not the fringe fans that claim the university as their team.
