Don’t confuse like with thankful. Still have a strong dislike for you jorts wearing frickers. But I am thankful for a cross division rivalry. More times than not, the game is decided in the 4th quarter, and more times than not the game boosts each our strength of schedules.

Couldn’t imagine paying for season tickets and getting Tennessee at home every other year as your cross division opponent

It is a great game and series. Outside of the Spurrier years, it has been great

Agreed. Been one of the three best rivalries in the game for 20 years now. The hatred isn't the same as the Iron Bowl and the Red River, but the importance and closeness has been.

Despite it being tougher over the years, it is a fun game to attend.

Until recently, it was a good clean intense respectful rivalry. I hope it gets back to that.

I'll never forgot doing the gator chomp with the whole stadium while chanting oweo.

That was EPIC. Thank you, Florida, for talking so much shite and making this win SOOOOO enjoyable.

You are welcome.

Good game, the best team won.

The LSU Gator chomp was kinda cool.

See you again in Atlanta!

This only makes both teams better in the long run as long as you dont lose top players in the process.

And you can't imagine LSU ever winning multiple national titles in a row......

I wish we played UF on the last weekend of the year. Make rivalry weekend more important.

Screw FSU for sucking and TAMU for sucking in different context.

It was a great game and is a great rivalry. Not fun to ever lose, but it makes winning it much more sweet.

At this point LSU is a bigger rival than UT, it's been a bigger game for a long time now.

Not to kick them while they're down, but is UT a rival for anyone at this point? I guess Vandy. They'll be playing to see who isn't last in the SEC this year.

I always enjoy this game above all other SEC matchups. LSU fans are great, and always get along with them. I think the hatred is overexaggerated on these forums. I have never seen real animosity at actual games, in BR or Hogtowne. I hope we play you again in Atlanta. Beat the Gumps!

I have been ill for the last 3 years. This past weekend some Florida fans face timed me just to visit. I still cannot make the games but they missed me and i missed them. We partied like no other. Looking forward to year after next to meet these Florida fans again and party.
