Even so Notre Dame athletics had a much higher degree of culpability in that death than the University of Alabama in this one. It happened during an official activity on campus, on known flimsy infrastructure, by the orders of his university staff supervisor.
Do I think Kelly “has blood on his hands” due to that death? No, but I bet it haunts him still. I know I would think of it when reflecting on things I wish I had done differently.

All that has been reported on radio by Drew Dearmand n Ryan Fowler’s show was that she was with a guy who had an altercation with the friend of Darius Miller. Who fired first has not been stated. He says according to his sources Millers friend is the one who shot her as he fired into the car at her boyfriend. Boyfriend is stating he was returning fire. Even if Miller didn’t shoot and I’m not saying he didn’t he will serve prison time. It may not be for capitol murder but he can not post bond and will remain in jail until his court date which will likely be 3-5 yrs down the road. Whether any of that is accurate or not I don’t know but it is what was reported.

He is compensated with tuition, room, subsistence, books, and cost of living stipends. I don't think they are classified employees in fact but they are in practicality.

To me, this isn’t even about a rivalry. This is about shitposters on this board. Every school has them, but Bama has a bunch. The good posters are outnumbered.
It’s the shitposters that bring out this sort of behavior. What happened is terrible, and it’s a black eye on Bama basketball regardless of fault.

I have been pretty jaded about this place since the Damar Hamlin posts. And surprise, surprise; the same people that were shitheads then are still shitheads now.
