shite is definitely going to change, they will need to revisit some rules that now aren't clear or that see major impact as a result.
I feel like I will still enjoy college football during and after the shakeout.
Also, it just wasn't justified morally or in our economic system to not allow them to capitalize on their talent and potential branding.

Don't remember amateur sports being "ruined" when coaches were paid $10M per year to do so or spending 9 figures on facilities. But somehow they players finally getting their share is "ruining it"

I think people are over reacting to some of this…players were already getting paid at big time programs. Everything is just going to be above the table now.
Some people simply don't want ANY kind of change. In or out of sports.

I will watch it and enjoy it. I am thinking of the negative Nancy shite that will happen that it seems like the NCAA with all their lawyers and experience haven’t thought of or cared to even look into.

The good news is that we will get more calendars …

Stupid argument. Only kids that are getting that kinda dough are highly touted can’t miss 4 and 5* recruits. Then places will learn to save bucks when they get hosed by absolute busts that they wait a year or two until a kid explodes and is a sure fire 1st or 2nd round NFL talent and is playing at a Heisman, first team all conference, Butkus award nominee etc level.
shite will level out.
shite will level out.

You realize boosters have been paying players anyway, right? Just the teams with the best secret set ups and connections got away with it, ie lsu, Alabama, uga. Those head coaches knew how to get away with it. Now teams like yours are on an even playing field. So relax.

Why do you think the Big East folded? They were a basketball school and football were secondary sport and some schools didn't have football.

It’ll work itself out. The first year or two will be the Wild West though. Should be interesting.

This shite is going to ruin college football. You'll see.

Odd the same people who are proud of bagmen paying kids and their families to come to their university are mad the same thing is happening just publicly

Most players will get 4 or 5 figure deals,
So what does a coach tell a lineman, that gets 3 figure deal, that he needs to get better to block for the running back making the 5 figure deal? You freaking people don't really realize what just happened to this sport.
