I’ll even admit I think Florida made the better hire

Billy looks young, energetic, and can be at UF for years.

Kelly looks old, tired, and had big bags under the eyes. I feel so bad for him.

It makes me upset the people at LSU think so little of U La La that he was never considered

The outcome sucked and the performance was lousy, but the biggest concern about the game for me, if I were an LSU fan, was the player attitudes and BK throwing one of his players under the bus afterwards. Those are some bad signs, and it's only week 1.

Yeah, I'm gonna wait a few more games before I make this comparison.

Let's not forget that the Gators were saved by a brain fart play when they were about to give one away at home.

Even if it turns out to be true. Holy overreacting.

Yes, we know exactly what’s going to transpire over the next 5 years, after 1 game. No wonder why people make fun of our fans.

Why feel bad for him? He’s made enough money for his grandkids to retire comfortably and if he continues to suck he gets bought out and makes even more. He also got away with murder

He deserves more than 1 game let alone 1 season with the issues down here that said he hasn't inspired much confidence. LSU looked ill prepared in every aspect of the game yesterday.

Time will tell. There are extremes going both ways. Kelly will probably eventually settle LSU down and put together winning seasons with stability. Don't know about him threatening to win a national title let alone a SEC title (Unless he changes his ways)

CF is all about the QB. One was left a decent QB, the other had to start from scratch. I don't think this year will tell us anything.

Both coaches really sucked last night. Poor calls, poor strategies. But a lot of it was on the LSU players. Boutte, threatened to leave LSU unless he was paid big, he certainly did not look like an elite player.

Kelly has the most wins of any active coach (for at least a few more games anyway) currently. As AD you just don't pass on that kind of opportunity to hire someone who is unproven, regardless of how energetic he seems. Nothing against Napier at all. I hope he continues to grow and maybe one day he can lead LSU once he has proven himself.

The quarterback did enough to win the game. The problem was everything else was an absolute shite show. The oline and dline was terrible, special teams blew, the star player didn't want to be there, and overall LSU didn't play with much discipline.

The kid who dropped the punts. Thing is, neither FSU possession following the turnover resulted in points. I'm not saying the kid played great, but throwing him under the bus when the TEAM played like shite is a joke. Not to mention they looked poorly coached.

The guy is 60 years old. I think the camera going from Norvell to Kelly (and the split screen showing them both at the same time) made it look worse. Norvell’s gray hair color makes you think that the rest of their features should be roughly similar, but Norvell is only like 40 years old.
