You have to think Drink will probably be the most logical hire for them. He will be within budget, and the resources are so much better than Mizzou's. I actually think he would do really well there and be a consistent 9-3 to 10-2 contender.

He would be a ton of stability and hard nosed football to OU

This is a cope thread. You know they are coming after your coach and you know family will make him say yes. Just say you are scared.

Venables isn't getting fired. Arbuckle is, though. Maybe Bedenbaugh.

Sounds like UT, we are going to fire our OL coach, and Offensive coordinator....(or not).....and also hopefully our special teams coach.

Not really. Maybe I should be nervous about Heupel going to OU but most sources have said that Heupel wants nothing to do with OU especially while Stoops is young and involved. Also, I dont think OU could offer Heupel anything better than what he has at Tennessee unless he just wants to coach for his alma mater, which no one can control

I could see Heupel leaving if he felt like the fans dont appreciate him though which could happen if he doesnt have a strong close to this season

He would be perfect at Clemsux. But they'd have to fire Dabo first and they ain't doing that...

Unless Bob Stoops dies in the next few weeks, Heupel wouldn’t even consider it.

BV isn't getting fired. Arbuckle, Bedenbaugh and Jones? Their days are numbered.

He has done nothing to prove he would be anything other than a mediocre to occasionally above average middleweight of a coach.

OU still thinks they’re a top five team. I don’t expect them to act rationally.
