Alabama is still the cash cow in this conference no matter who leaves.

Anyway, yeah, retarded thread.

If Arkansas, LSU, Kentucky, and Florida left, that would have meant that something went horribly wrong. The SECN wouldn't have happened, and the SEC wouldn't be the attractive conference it is now. No one would be clamoring to join. The SEC wouldn't poach shite from the ACC in this ridiculous scenario. Alabama would probably go independent, and UGA and UT would try to join the ACC. The SEC would have collapsed if it lost 2 of the big 6 in football and Kentucky in basketball.

What if I was banging Jessica Alba and had a heart attack?
I would die a happy motherfricker

Neither were ever going to happen though, so why pontificate.

Frick it, I'll play. UCF to replace UF, Louisville replaces UK. TCU was not in the big 8 at the time, so they replace LSU. WV replaces Ark.

Ole Miss would argue they could bring the Memphis market so we could probably get in the Big 12 along with Arky, A&M, and LSU. That would put them at 14 teams would it not?

1. UAB - for Auburn to have a little brother
2. USM - for MSU to have a little brother
3. Georgia Tech - For Georgia to have a little brother
4. Memphis - for Vandy to have a little brother

So why wouldn't any of the other conferences try to scoop up Bama?

Could always just add Idaho to the East to give Vandy a conference win every year.

We would never go to the fricking B1G. ACC all the way if the Cats ever had to leave the SEC.

B1G? Hell no. ACC is the only other conference that a would make an iota of sense for us, and there's less then zero interest in ever doing that. Y'all are part of our big dysfunctional family. S-E-C

Very interesting scenario.

to get to 10
- Clemson (hella thirsty to be in the SEC)
- Louisville (kinda thirsty to be in SEC)

To get to 12
- NC State( might be a reach but it could happen)
- Georgia Tech (we could lure them in with $$$)

I don't think that is true for most Clemson fans. G Tech and NC State are two of our biggest rivals, and we like playing VA Tech too.

We have little history with most of the SEC schools other than SC. We have played UGA and Auburn more this past decade but not a whole lot 25 years prior.

I enjoy the underdog status that ACC teams get. Makes wins even sweeter.
