Do tell. What did Oats and UA COVER up? Now if Coach Oats had come out from the beginning and said Miller had nothing to do with it and then the testimony comes out and has him bringing the gun to Miles, you may have a point. But at no time did he or the University say anything about who was there and they knew this would come out at the preliminary hearing just like it did. That's not covering up anything.

If I were Oats' attorney, I'd be making the case that he was covering up Miller's involvement with the blessings of his employer.

No one has been covering up anything...

Man y'all are really wishcasting here.

There are multiple Bama thugs involved in this. Keep up.

I wouldn’t know, I didn’t go there. Any other weak ad hominems you’d like to try?

Miller has been charged with no crime. He wasn't involved in the murder.

Agreed that there is no "cover-up," by any reasonable definition. However, knowing that this would come out in the prelim, it was insanely stupid to keep quiet until it was revealed via testimony. The presence of two other basketball players should have been made public weeks ago.

Nope. Just Miles. Everyone else is simply a witness. Just like the girls boyfriend and her friend.

They said all they could say about it. University's don't make comments about ongoing investigations.

It was stated weeks ago that other players were there.

I must have missed that. Either way, not naming the players was dumb.

You kidding? Naming players who weren't charged with a crime could get the University sued. That will never happen in any such situation.

But yes, it was mentioned during Oates' original press conference that other players were there.

I never said “cover up”, but what they DID do is purposefully choose to leave out the details of his involvement which will eventually be their downfall.

No, it cannot. That's stupid. Laying out the facts that were ultimately laid out in testimony is not defamatory in any way. The admin had to know that those facts were coming out yesterday, at the latest. Why let yourself be scooped by a preliminary hearing?

The cops even said that Miller and Davis saw the boyfriend's gun in the jeep.

So he parked after dropping Miles off. Walked home. Then walked back with the gun and placed it in his car for Miles to retrieve?

THAT is what you are going with? LOL

This is your comment that he responded to. You were absolutely talking about a cover up.
