Was he charged?

Not yet, but it’s only a matter of time. Remember the Ahmaud Arbery shooting in Georgia. Two other men was charged that didn’t even pull the trigger. One man got charged for simply driving and keeping Aubrey from leaving. Those 3 men wasn’t charged at first but as soon as it made national media and put heat in that local D.A office, all of sudden charges came.

I guess we will see. Will you retract your statement if he isn't? Slandering a person is against the law.

Far enough to drive rather than walk.

No it's not. You people are stupid. The DA, police, and UA have known about what you and the rest of the public found out about yesterday for weeks. Literally nothing is going to change, and the court of public opinion doesn't matter because the justice system have nothing these young men can be charged for.

It is weird.

A bit like saying "The FBI, administration and president knew Hunter's laptop was real. Nothing has changed."

You think they care what you and the rest of the world think. You are now part of the Cancel Culture. Imagine that. I never knew so many progressive libs were on the SEC Rant. I thought that was reserved for the OT.

"Muh basketball team is winning regular season games. Who cares if our players are literal murderers and murder accomplices" - Bama Fans, shite Bag Oats and AD.

I never said any of this makes anyone look good. A girl is dead, and that's horrible, but trying to charge people for crimes they aren't guilty of is stupid. The DA and police have all the evidence, and if there was a chargeable offense they would be charged.

The basketball player who participated in murder has been charged. If anyone else did the same they'd be charged too.

I don't think I've seen one post in support of Darius Miles. Do they teach reading comprehension at State?

This is what all this is about, isn't it. "Muh Alabama is beating the rest of the conference by 25 points per game and I don't like it, so charge the innocent with crimes they didn't commit."

Yes, and you’re about to see how much they care when Miller is suspended and Oats and the AD are eventually fired.

They chose to leave out the details of Miller’s involvement and continue playing him. They couldn’t have been dumb enough to think it wouldn’t eventually come out, so I guess they just thought it was worth the risk.

You know how some years the field of the KY Derby has 6 or 7 horses and some years every gate is full? This week's "dumbest thing I've read" is like the latter example of the derby and it's just Wed morning

Bama fans have definitely been doing work
