ND should barely break into he top25. Only reason they are so highly ranked is their brand and the fact that they have a TV contract exclusive with NBC. I hate ND

Texas has to beat Vandy first. I don’t think so.

Who has Virginia beat?

Yall are focusing on the losses to much and dont look at wins.

Bama has beaten 4 ranked teams and all in a row

A Bama fan starts a thread about Vandy and Texas.

A truck full of Draggies jump in. Maybe 2 Texas fans.

This thread is so dumb.

ND lost close games to Miami on the road and A&M, has a 10 point win over a ranked team, and has generally looked very good, with commanding wins in all their wins.

Texas lost a somewhat close game to Ohio State, a not close game to a sub ,500 UF team, and has looked like dog shite, barely scratching out wins in multiple of their other games, including the two worst teams in the SEC.

Anyone who ranked Texas over ND would be a dipshit.
Assuming Texas wins this weekend, blind resume:

Team A: 2 one-score losses, 2 top 10 wins

Team B: 2 one-score losses, 0 top 10 wins

If texas wins this game they will have a win over 2 top 10 teams and a losses to the #1 team and a tough Florida team away.

ND has 1 top 25 win

Destroyed by Florida? It was a one score game (same as the OSU game) and Texas had the ball and was around midfield with time to score and tie the game.

1. You lost by two scores, 8 points you needed either a TD and a 2 point conversion to tie the game or a touchdown and a field goal

2. You were down by 17 points, 3 scores with 3 minutes left in the 4th quarter

You got skull fricked by Florida

what play did Texas run to score 9 points to cut the score to 8?

Didn’t you say they were down 8?

After you score a TD, don’t you have to also kick an extra point? So is a 7-point lead also a two-score lead?

if that’s the case, I’d love to know what you think of the last time you played big brother

Lets be real, Miami is highly likely to miss the playoffs again and be a shitty ACC loss

And you are ignoring Texas went to OT vs two teams winless in the SEC in their last 2 games. You are also ignoring that ND lost to two ranked teams by a combined 4 points while Texas lost to 1 ranked team as well as 3-4 Florida by a combined 15 points.
See how that works focusing on things you really don’t want to focus on

It’s a simple question: if Texas lost by 8, but they were down 17 with 3 min to go, how did they score 9 points on one drive?

Oops?

That’s not really a gotcha you were down by 15, which is still three scores

You got whooped by the Gators

According to the NCAA and the NFL the two point conversion is a separate scoring play

You are just a sad little brother
