OU can't move w/o OSU, so I guess that answers your question.

Do we want them though? Sure they bring a ton of football history with them but the SEC isn't exactly starved on that and Oklahoma the state doesn't bring a lot of TV sets to the dance.

If OU came (alone), it seems logical that they would be in the Western Division (assuming we didn't go to 4 pods) and someone would need to be added to the East.
Dislike Dabo, but (and it would likely never happen for many reasons) Clemson would seem to be an obvious choice. Also wouldn't happen, but Florida State would be a natural.

it would hurt the two of us in recruiting but politics wont let it happen. OU is the one school in the nation that is handcuffed by both their big and little brother.

I say we should rename the conference the "Oh frick It, Whatever Helps The TV Revenue Conference (OFIWHTRC)" since there would no longer be anything southern or eastern about it.

We need to contract, not add more teams. 16 teams is two conferences.
Thanks to Slive for being the worst commissioner in football history.

This may be the most idiotic statement I've seen on here in awhile.

I think we stay at 14.
If OU were to join, which I don't think will happen, my money would be on Kansas.
Kansas and OU to the West, Auburn to the East. Or maybe OU and KU and Mizzou to the West, and Auburn and Alabama to the East.

Not sure why people keep throwing out ACC schools. With the new ACC deal, no ACC school will be able to afford to leave now. That ship past in the night last week. No VT, NC State, UNC, Clemson or FSU. This new Grant of Rights locks them in.
IF the SEC expands, it will pretty much have to be west and don't be surprised if the new Big 12 deal doesn't include GORs.
I think we stay at 14 until major changes happen across the NCAA.

The SEC'll be the last to expand, if we ever expand again.
