They aren't playing Missouri anymore this year.

No. Not if Bama wins out.

LSU could beat Bama and be 6-1
And Bama could win out and be 7-1
Bama would win the West. Higher win pct.

What a refreshing new topic

It's irrelevant. LSU isn't winning out. I'll ban bet any poster that wants some of that action

Couldn't you make the case you win on the head to head tiebreaker based on losses?

In order to have a tiebreaker you have to actually be tied in the first place.

You would be tied in the loss column

It is like asking, "If UK wins out?" sure we can talk about it, but nobody believes it will happen.

It's pretty simple, 7-1 and 6-1 is not a tie.

With a loss to Auburn, they'll need the Nov. 19th game to have a shot at anything.

The reality of it is, LSU isn't going to win out regardless. But the way the SEC office let Florida drag their feet and use a natural disaster to their advantage because of the injuries they have right now is complete bullshite.

This scenario is already covered in the rules. LSU and Bama would be co-SEC W Champs but we go to Atlanta due to the higher SEC win %.

That depends on several variables, one being if A&M drops two, and AU wins out, it would go to AU. Regardless, it's a long shot for any team not UA/A&M to win the West, but statistically speaking, 5 teams are still in play.

Goes by win % and win % only. Tiebreakers only come into play if the WIN % is tied. Not the number of wins or losses.
