It should be Miss. State only 80 miles apart.

THE SEC Prime Time Football Game over the last 25 years and should remain as one of the annual premier matchups.

People started to care about Alabama v LSU when Saban took over in 2007. In that time Alabama is 14-5.

I don't think bama fans are sad if LSU stays a permanent game.

And most LSU fans that are being honest with themselves wouldn’t be sad if it doesn’t. It hasn’t been pretty since 1/9/12.

It has nothing to do with history lol. Its one of the most watched games on bamas weak schedule. This is about money. Don't be naive.

The schedule to be fully 100% fair should have zero permanent appointments.

That is the only way, to have a fully rotated schedule.

And to take it a step further, probably be yearly rotated and swapped based on previous year. So say you play 1-2 teams that had a .700 win percentage, 2-3teams above .500, say 3-4 below .500.

I don’t know it would be a goat frick but there has to be a way to keep everything as fair as possible

Agreed, our schedule has been pretty weak.

We need to replace LSU with someone who's been more competitive with us recently.

LSU fans need to realize that they're a very distant #3 "rival" for both Bama and UF.

Personally, I need Auburn and Tennessee every year. I'm ok with just about every other game being every other year. If we were talking the old rotations where we didn't see a team for 4-5 years? Yea, that'd be a problem.

But we're talking seeing half of LSU, Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, Florida, Ole Miss every year plus Tennessee/Auburn? And the other half the next year along with Tennessee/Auburn? I can live with that.

Do we know when the SEC plans to announce the permanent opponents?

They definitely bitched. Nick Saban was crying about it two years ago.

57-27-5

12-2 over the last 14.

LSU isn't giving us a tough schedule, son.

And what's your record against msst? When is the last time msst beat you guys, because LSU just did it in 2023. We all know you children want a easy schedule. You'd probably be happier in the ACC.

I think when discussed last time Saban even made it clear supposedly to the SEC that isn't happening. That's when most of the rumors said Miss State would be their 3rd team.

Apparently reading and math are both difficult for you. A tough schedule would be Oklahoma or Texas every year. Historically lsu is one of the easier games Bama could play.
