Is this being pulled out of your arse, or is there any remote discussion of it from any credible source?

Why Dabo now? Why didn’t they go after him when they fired Les?

I'm sure Saban and Belichick are chomping at the bit to go there....

This would be great! Dabo to LSU, then Alabama when Saban retires. Sets up ultimate butt hurt.

Holy crap. I don't want Dabo to follow Saban, but now I do. That would be glorious.

Makes sense.

Fire a coach who needs generational talent at QB to succeed.

Hire a coach who needs generational talent at QB to succeed.

I may be wrong but I'm not sure if Dabo has ever won a game as a coach in the state of Louisiana. I would love to see Dabo go to LSU anything to keep that goofball from ever walking the home sideline at Alabama. He's just a cheerleader who got lucky on a couple of good quarterbacks.

Pretty sure when you narrow down the guy's record to games where he is only going to face one of the top 4 teams in the country, you are going to have some pimples on your arse. 3 games vs 2 national champs and a runner up. Big deal. 99% of teams would have lost those games. It isn't like he has some shite record across in the playoffs or big bowl games. Other than the playoffs, when exactly is Clemson supposed to be playing in Louisiana? The home and home vs Tulane or LaTech?

I'm thinking taxes on petroleum revenues must be good and they have gotten the boosters to pony up.

LSU will land on Napier who, like Dabo, is having an off season.

Well if you are playing that game, there is only one "great coach" out there right now because only one has more NCs than Swinney (both being against the guy with the most). He has more than everyone else. I like high standards but you seem to be setting them up as impossible.
