Typically going on the road and playing a team that has had two weeks to rest and scheme is tough sledding.

Except going to Athens after their bye week.

Agreed. Their limp-dick schedule will come back to bite them. Completely unprepared for bama's talent. Rodo

Good grief, the Mizzou/Bama game can't get here soon enough.

Well, with that 11 am kickoff it will get here sooner than most.

Dumbasses on here think that playing a tougher schedule to date means Bama will automatically win. Why don't we just put the teams with the toughest SOS in the playoffs at the end of the year regardless of record? They should be the best teams according to tRant

Mizzou’a run game should keep them in it and give them a chance to win. Hardy is a great back, maybe the best in the league.

I think Alabama wins by two scores, with one of those coming late to put it away, similar to last week.

Don't know.

College Football Nerds model has Mizzou by 10.

CFB Nerds: Bama vs Mizzou

I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Gets stronger over the course of the season. I think there is simply way too much variance in SoS with a small sample size to really depend on its accuracy to this point.

Right. Because all Auburn fans are always hoping Alabama can succeed and beat … checks notes… Missouri.

No it actually has more to do with your team struggling to beat the only Top 114 opponents you’ve played, needing fourth quarter comebacks to win each time.

I think you represent a lot of folks on here. You don't want to see Mizzou beat Bama, because that would signal the end of the old SEC days. Deep down y'all are Big 6 brothers, or whatever that stupid shite is called.

Against Kansas, Mizzou only led for just over 9 minutes of game time until they finally came back to take the lead late at the 4:14 mark late in the fourth quarter. Kansas led for over 32 minutes of game time.

Both South Carolina and Kansas got dominated in total yardage, time of possession, and total plays. South Carolina, nor us could run the ball to save our lives (-9 and 31 rushing yards respectively). And both teams have dual threat quarterbacks.

If anyone looked at those stats and was told to guess the scores, just about anyone would guess that mizzou won by at least three touchdowns.

They have been using those statistics as an excuse to not be concerned. The stats are inarguably gaudy, but like you said, the games have been close well into the fourth quarter.

If you can’t blow out a team with those kind of statistics, how is the game going to go when you’re not dominating those stats?

You seriously underestimate the hatred Auburn and Alabama fans have towards each other’s teams. But whatever makes you feel better.

Mizzou's record against Alabama and Georgia since we joined the SEC is a woeful 1-16 (5.8%). And while a lot of the games against Georgia have been close losses, Bama has just slaughtered us every single time. By contrast, Mizzou's record against the rest of the SEC since we joined the conference is 52-38

But muh conference is down.

I finally agree with the no-life beaker a-hole: Mizzou dominated.

If the DBs can be fixed everything else is in place to beat the top tier and not just garbage teams like kANSAS.
