I guess you think Oklahoma fans are stupid.
We know a decent rushing attack is essential to winning games.
Unfortunately, OU's run game was too dependent on a single player and when facing a stout defense was unable to produce.
Part of the optimism going into the RRS was we all witnessed Florida dismantling the vaunted Texas D.
We bought into the hype and believed the Sooners could do the same.
We were wrong. Sarkisian rallied the troops and on the other side put together a conservative game plan that did not require Arch to play the hero but rather manage the offense.
The had six scoring drives though the field goal kicker missed on two of them.
So it is back to the drawing board for Coach Venables and the Oklahoma offense.
We'll see what SC can do with them.

Following Texas A&M was anything but a mistake financially for them both
Way more exposure way better games

Remember when they all tried to tell us that Jadyn Ott, the Cal transfer, was going to be the best RB in the league during the offseason?

maybe Mateer is just hurt ?
Mateer said he wasn't hurt. BV said he wasn't hurt. He played the whole game and was throwing the ball with pace all over the field.
Mateer played poorly because he was frequently sacked, running for his life, no one was open and OU's running backs are the worst group in program history.

Too many TO's
No rushing attack.
Texas whooped us a that the LOS.
Recipe for a loss.
Texas didn't dominate by any means, but they made the plays when the needed them, and OU shat the bed. Happens in that game.
5-1 with a chance to right the ship on Saturday.

Played like a QB that hadn't practiced in a while and was in his first big time game in that setting, of his life. Moment was too big. He wilted. Learn and move on is all you can hope for.

What’s amazing is how losing to Utrans took you from a media favorite to go to the playoffs to a team that the media is equating to Arkansas
The media hype machine has turned on Utrans that much

I tried telling them Michigan and Auburn weren't very good teams either.
I knew after seeing them against us, that they weren't making the playoffs. Auburn looked like the better team in their own house. Look at Auburn now...

That goal line debacle completely fricked Auburn. Instead of being up 17-0, Kirby’s bleeding vagina had a tampon thrown his way

You’re right. Dr Shin did say one of side effects of the fracture could be bad decision making and throwing to opposing CBs
Or maybe crappy eyes because he hasn't played in over 3 weeks... Even mentioned during practice it wasn't good vs. good.

Not to worry. Many LSU fans think they can win the NC without any run game.
