Of course they dropped the tampering allegations once LSU threatened to turn them in for the same thing and disallow CWJ to continue coaching in the playoffs

This sounds insane. There’s a video recorded by your own coach showing how he was tampering and using Kevin Smith to tamper and you think we just made it up? How does Ole Miss control what CBS reports on NFL openings?

The Giants haven’t made a HC hire, but I’m sure it was all just a coincidence that Weis’ name was floated for an assistant job on a ghost coaching staff the same day a high profile QB recruit was visiting LSU. It’s not crazy to think that someone with an axe to grind with Kiffin would put that out there.

It was also a few days removed from an impressive coaching performance from Weis on the national stage. Again, tell me why CBS would run an uncorroborated report from folks in MS for an NFL opening in New Jersey?
