Replay the draft right now and Chase goes ahead of Smith again. It’s not arguable that with an admittedly very small body of work, Chase is the better NFL receiver. Their careers have a long way to go and they will be reassessed at some point - but as of today it’s Chase though I think Smith is going to have a great career as well.

I’m just glad you didn’t throw waddle in there because we all know he’s the best receiver in last years draft class

They're both great players.

Philly, the second half of the season, is one of the best rushing offensives in the NFL. That's how they are doing it with Jalen Hurts at the controls. The scheme is everything to all this stat counting.

And if Chase goes to the Eagles and Smith goes to the Bengals, who do you think has better numbers?

Exactly

I'm sure Burrow would love that Pat O-Line protection too.

Baloney. Burrows would be in the Patriot scheme with a solid defense and running game playing complimentary ball with their defense. Burrows would have to adapt.

And there is absolutely nothing special about NE receivers. You hold your breath every time the ball hits them in the hands.

The Bengals OL is fine. It’s not quite the same as being WR1 in a run-first, run-often offense vs a pass-first, pass-often offense.

If any QB needs an OL upgrade to have a prayer, it’s Tua.

It’s not that bad of an OL. They run block very well. Many of the sacks Joe has taken were when they had starters on the OL out, so you could make an argument for depth. But he also was holding onto the ball too long a lot middle of the season as well, because he always wants to make a play. He’s settled in nicely, though.

And it’s obvious Jamarr is the best wideout from that class. No one other than a Bama fan would argue otherwise. He’s about to be ROTY and just broke a bengals single game yards record. It’s really not even close.

Do you think it’s cute when you misspell Burrow’s name? It just makes you look like a moron.

I’m seeing a pattern here

Mediocre QB- bad receivers
Mediocre WR - bad QB

Doesn't mean that both aren't exceptional receivers. Devonta is in a totally different system with a run oriented qb. Only way to truly compare them is if the were both being targeted by the same qb.
