And Boise State wearing uniforms that were hopefully burned afterwards.

Those were the ugliest uniforms of all time

The black jersey with red helmets looked fire though and I really liked the all white Kirby let us where this season earlier on too.

In fairness, Boise was ranked #5 when we played them and ended the season ranked #8 in the AP. They were a pretty darn good team.

Don’t know Murray personally but I know Nick Fairley couldn’t stand him. Fairley tried to kill that sumbitch in 2010.

Stafford won a sugar bowl. Greene won the SEC and the Sugar.

They won those all by themselves, did they?
You are a proven football genius. Just ask anybody.

ETA
Did you ever figure out the answer to this question you asked?

How many times did we lose to Florida because of his costly turnovers?

I answered it for him twice but he oddly didnt acknowledge me. Weird

It is also hard to win games you didnt play in. Again we shouldve been in a BCS bowl in 2012. Stafford made it the Sugar bowl with a worse record of 10-2 in 2007, and didnt even make the conference championship game because they lost to Tenn in a game Stafford played horribly and also didnt light the world on fire that season with 19 TD 10 Ints and 7.3 YPA.

In the Sugar bowl again he was extremely pedestrian throwing for 175 yards and 1 TD. The reason the 2007 team accomplished what it did was the insane defense we had, not Matt.

win the game and move on to us crushing ND and not Alabama to win the Natty

And then Richt hangs around for a few more years past 2015 and we have one natty 13 years ago while some other team has Kirby winning multiple championships.

Probably.

Not sure what your point is though, im just laying out the actual history of what happened not the revisionist history the OP wants to conjure into existence

I was told Mett won it but then the rape thing.

That would be a neat trick as he got 0 reps in the spring game with the #1 offense against the #1 defense.

He became "popular" by fans because he was throwing bombs to Marlon Brown against white cornerbacks.

Run game was solid, too.
Thomas Brown and Knowshon Moreno.
Stafford was a very good QB when the run game was supportive.
His best game was his last against Michigan State who had an amazing defense which was able to stall our run game. Stafford stepped up and won that game. And just like that, he was gone from UGA at 20 years old.

You could also make an argument Murray was for the most part surrounded by far better skill players on offense than Stafford ever was. Aj Greene but only for part of his freshmen season. Todd Gurley and Keith Marshall in the backfield. Malcolm mitchell, Michael Bennet, Chris Conley, Tavaris King at WR.

Stafford had WAY better defenses every season he played though

Dude, the reason he has the passing record is because he was t good enough to go pro after his junior year. And he replace Joe Cox who absolutely sucked so he got time as a freshman.

Dude, you don't know anything. And why are you responding to me and talking about things I never said......dude. Joe Cox had nothing to do with Murray. He was gone before Murray took over. Murray redshirted Cox's final season. Murray beat out a couple of QBs with more practice experience but little playing time in front of him.

He was not drafted to be a starter in the NFL anyway, but likely would've been drafted had he left his junior year. There's a difference between being drafted and being drafted early.

By all accounts he is a nice guy. You're a shitty poster but this is a garbage post even by your standards.

I was at that spring game, Mett was the hometown boy from watkinsville and he was throwing dimes. He was very promising. I was very excited.

But then the whole rape thing.....

Yeah.
Then you know it is easier facing the 3rd string and walkons than the 1st team defense.

Marlon Brown being with the 3rd team receivers was a mismatch. He probably caught half of the balls from Mett that spring game.

And then there was the rape thing in Millegeville.
