A lot of drives will start in front of the 50. Could go either way.

Because it's 9:53 AM and ou still sucks.

Pretty simple... OU is overrated and sounds like Vegas knows Mateer isn't playing.
Now that we know Tejas isn't any good and you're STILL underdogs? Vegas thinks that if the game was in Norman it'd be a pick 'em!

It has to be a bet on Arch over the OU backup. We'll see if once again he shows the faith is unwarranted.
It makes no sense. From my experience, every time Vegas clearly wants everyone betting one team (like in this case) then it usually goes the other way. Something going on in Norman we aren't aware of clearly.
I still bet oklahoma. If anyone can break vegas it's sark's shitty offense.

How on earth is Texas going to score with a horrible QB and no run game?

This game will be ugly AF...

Hawkins is great team player, bad QB. Texas covers.

I think it’s hilarious, OUs front 7 is going to maul them. If Mateer plays it’s a blowout.

I think Texas will beat OU, and I am not flexing.

If Arch would just process a little faster Wingo would have had a huge game against us.

Because Texas won 34-3 last year would be my first guess.

Texas is bad and they just announced Wisner is out with a pulled hammy. So no Wisner, no Baxter, and likely no Muhammad(best DB).
Has anything official came out on Baxter yet?
OU can't run the football and they don't have a Dallas Wilson on the outside. With or without Mateer, I don't see their offense being that productive. Florida relied heavily on the run game, and OU can't do that. People forget that talent wise Florida is a top 10 team in the country (more talented than OU), but talent doesn't equal development.
The part that worries me and I think most Texas fans is how the offensive line crumbled on Saturday. Between getting bullied up front to the atrocious amount of penalties, you just have to know Vern is licking his chops watching the film.

I’ve seen some absolutely horrendous Texas teams go into Dallas and dominate. The floor of this team is much higher than some of those squads.
I don't know if their is a floor for this team. I think the ceiling is much higher, but I can't tell you where the floor is currently.

I'm just going off the vibe of this season. Nothing is making sense. Teams are having on days and off days. Texas defense had an off day, but I suspect they will show up different vs. OU and their backup QB.
Texas offense will still sputter but I simply would not be surprised if Texas edges it out.

Has Mateer blown out anyone this season? The reason OU is ranked where they are is because of preseason rankings and wins over;
Michigan (ranked but isn't really a tested team)
Auburn*

Books set lines to even out the money bet on both teams. Vegas doesn't "favor" anyone.

Vegas is waay behind this year. Looking to cash in on some dullards.
Vegas never loses. Books even out the money on both sides and bank the juice. That's the purpose of a line.

This might be the easiest bet in the last few years
A lot of people said the same about the -4.5 Texas line against 1-3 Florida. When something doesn’t make sense I tend to trust Vegas over myself unless it’s two teams I know very well.
