The kid didn't even get drafted
Neither did Nick Harper, Rod Smith, Antonio Pierce, Ryan Grant, Bart Scott, Brian Waters, London Fletcher, Jason Peters, Jake Delhomme, Pat Williams, Adam Vinatieri, Jeff Saturday, etc, etc, etc.. Going undrafted doesn't mean shite.

[Insert millions of UFAs who never did anything here]
For every 1 success, I can name you 100 who didn't...

I'm not saying Darvin will go into the NFL and blow it up, he'll be a quality 3rd or 4th receiver on a team that the QB can rely on anytime. You and Wincrimson saying he is going to bust is funny, especially after he went undrafted.. There's nowhere to go but up for him.

Tell that to the thousands of UFAs that never make it.

i'll be the first one to admit that i didn't think Julio was that fast, and i sure thought AJ looked faster/better athlete. FWIW, what you do come gametime is the difference, and AJ always looked better on the field.
Career numbers
Julio Jones
179 receptions, 2653 yards, 15 TDs
10 carries, 139 yards, 2 TDs
AJ Green
166 receptions, 2619 yards, 23 TDs
7 carries, 105 yards
Now, keep in mind Julio played with a Heisman winning RB and Trent Richardson in a run-1st offense, and AJ played with a #1 overall pick QB and Aaron Murray who is pretty damn good passer in his own right.
AJ Green is a great player. I think your "always looked better on the field" comment is skewed a little.
That's all I'll say. God knows we don't need any more "AJ or Julio?" threads and this wasn't supposed to become one.

And you saying he'll be something is just as funny. He wasn't drafted because he could run a healthy 40, he wasn't drafted because he doesn't project well in the NFL.
The odds are on my side of him not accomplishing anything...

Fine, Darvin Adams will bust and not amount to shite in the NFL along with every other undrafted WR that will ever exist. He might as well go find a job at McDonald's since he only has an Auburn edumacation to fall back on. He won't be all he can be like DJ Hall even though he is extremely motivated and has children to feed.

Does he even have an Auburn edumacation to fall back on since he left after his junior year?

The talk about Julio sucking and being overrated was during his sophomore year in which he put up Jordan Jefferson type stats.

Probably not. He might as well go the Glen Coffee direction and quit football to dedicate his life to Jesus Christ. Then get arrested not long after.. OR, he should just go be like Jimmy Johns and start selling drugs so he can live a comfortable lifestyle. His decision.. I mean, he's definitely going to fall flat on his face in the NFL, no question about it.

I'm sure he has a lot of connections to fall back on.

He didn't have a permit for a concealed weapon. Had the weapon been sitting for the police to see, it wouldn't have even been an issue. And the charges were dropped.

How's that working for Tray Blackmon?
All the determination in the world can only get you so far, someone has to actually want you on their team.
And the fact he was wasn't selected out of 254 opportunities isn't a great start...

Tray Blackmon is nothing, I repeat, nothing like Darvin Adams. Blackmon didn't give a shite about anything, and was suspended multiple times while at Auburn.. He was also a bust. Darvin is a class act and a hard worker.
