Florida has won 9 and one was taken back, but we won it. Also prevented from being called SEC champs in 2 more though we were champs on the field.

He's just letting it be known that UF won 3 more SEC titles on the field that are not counted. And 2 were before Spurrier.

Nothing wrong with passing along factual info.

What about championships? Because that's how you measure greatness.

Oh so you admit that Yale is a better program than Alabama?

I mean, if we are using the metrics in this thread, yes they are.

For all of us who haven't been around long enough to remember Yale's glory days...no.

You do know that Florida leads the series overall and has ripped the soul out of LsU 2 out of 3 last games? And the 1 loss was our kicker missed an extra try point and the kitten won by 1 point. We skeered.

How did LSU fare vs UF those 3 years (84, 85, 90).
Who in SEC had a better record than UF those 3 years.

If you were born in 2000 and died in the summer of 2008, then LSU is the most relevant program in the history of college football and Alabama is a bottom dweller.

I doubt someone that young would have even cared or known about what was going on in college football.

Which is all of us. They haven't finished ranked in any post-season poll since 1960 and have never finished higher than 12th in any poll since the Poll Era began in 1936.

We seem to leave lasting impacts on people.

LSU simply has people who do far better once leaving.
