All BS aside, and I am pretty sure this was Tongue in cheek, but the point is very acurate. I know some really good people, who are AU fans. They have supported the University through good and bad. Then just when they are set on top of the world and it is time to enjoy the rewards. The whole thing comes crashing down.
I had one of them tell me "while it feels amazing to finally see my team hoist the crystal, I still can't help but have that feeling it is all for nothing."
As a fan of CFB as well, that is a travesty.

This is just truly sad. Every year that a SEC team wins the NC most fans from other teams feel proud for the SEC and congragulate the winners. This is the only time i ever remember that opposing teams fans actually send their condolences.

I hate Auburn and didn't cheer for them at all but they were the best team this year and I knew they would win it all after the LSU game.
