It’s still better than 22 where this cost us the entire back half of the season

I wonder what the first LSU@OM game atmosphere would be like. The mustard bottle / golf ball game was well removed time wise @Tennessee. That will be next year.

Ole Miss better be throwing mustard and golf balls too

Ole Miss can't allow him to be in the building with players he will be trying to convince to jump in the portal and leave while they're in a playoff run.

he will just snapchat the ones he wants to take with him, and they'll go in a heartbeat. that's what you get when it's all about money. players have no allegiance to a school, anymore. y'all have used snapchat for years to "pre-portal" players (tamper). snapchat giveth. snapchat taketh away

Can't even enjoy your best season in forever because your coach is a Kardashian. If Drink were in Happy Valley today, Mizzou fans would be telling him to kick rocks, and we're not even in the CFP chase.

This is huge news, if true. Mizzou fans are not to be trifled with.

100%, Drink would be a fool to try and pull any of the shite Lane does. Mizzou woukd him to kick rocks in a heartbeat.

Ain’t got time for all these grown arse men acting like they were just a part of an Eiffel Tower while visiting UF.

We are a sexy job at the moment and we can even offer someone a shot at a ring this season

There is no way in hell that, assuming Lane leaves, the immediate replacement for the playoffs won't be an interim who is currently on staff.

Why does mizzou have varsity teams? All time all sports two national championships. Not good at the sports

The blue bloods will be just fine. Perhaps you need to become a fan of a team that has actually won something since 1969

I agree. Best Ole Miss season since 1960, and this LSU soap opera is overwhelming a Rebel playoff run. I feel sorry for them. I really do. College football is as bad a cut-throat, corporate hallway politics.

It's business. You can't blame a coach for taking care of himself.

I have “no dog in this hunt”, as they say. But Lane‘s behavior here is totally unacceptable! There are much better ways to handle this situation. He seems completely ungrateful for what he has been given at Ole Miss.

Makes me want to see him fail in the future. His Twitter and press conference comments are humorous. But this is just being trashy. I’d be sick if I were an Ole Miss fan.

Don't act like this is just a Lane Kiffin thing, or even that it's new.

LSU had to deal with that annually with Saban, until he finally ruined Christmas Day leaving in 04.

Miles temporarily earned our love with his "damn strong" speech re Michigan's opening... and that was going into the title game.

If you're a good coach, people will target you
