sucks the original Sgt Johnson VA retired and they had to get a new voice actor, but he didnt sound terrible. Looks impressive with a modern engine and textures.

It will. The sticks will eventually start to drift and they’ll need to be replaced. Xbox and PlayStation 1st party controllers are massive scams when Hall effect and TMR sticks exist now.

There is one thing that is undeniable. Gamers vastly prefer gaming at higher FPS if given the option. And even to your point, most gamers will sacrifice visuals to get a game running at a stable 60 FPS over a very nice looking 30 FPS.
Next gen will raise the baseline to 60 FPS for most/all games and the “performance” mode will push games to 100+ FPS at 4k. Games will also happen to also look better.
