I don’t know why any fan wouldn’t want this. I get why coaches don’t, but fans, wtf!

Who wants to see powerful SEC teams play weak arse non con games?

Big time College Football is already semi professional as it is. No reason to not go to a ten game league schedule.

Played a 10-game schedule in 2020 and should do it every year. No one cares about the FCS/Mid-major scrimmage games anyway. This also provides for five SEC home games each year plus two non-con games to protect any out of conference rivalries.

With the playoff expanding to 12 teams, all deserving SEC teams will have no problem making it in even with multiple losses.

This is about entertainment value and fan interest/experience. But it makes too much sense to happen, so we'll be stuck with half-full stadiums for the directional state school scrimmages and three or four snoozefests.

I'd vote for this!

This sounds like UGA vs Texas in a worthless Sugar Bowl, aka Texas’ biggest win since 2005

Let's do it. BAMA played 11 SEC teams to win the conference in 2020 undefeated. Never been done before in the history of college football. Probably never will again.

This would save your hogs and the conference from future embarrassments like squeaking by Misery State and getting rolled by Liberty.

Yes, but beating up on cupcakes like Texas doesn't do much for our strength of schedule

Liberty was actually ranked

Yes 100%

But only if the television money is right. Because you lose home games. And there's a competitive disadvantage for both reaching bowl eligibility and the playoffs

Maybe, maybe not. But regardless there seem to have been some changes made for the better since then. Even you seem to be on your better behavior.

And it doesn’t seem he ran too-far. Can I get a strange miss placed hyphen from you NFLSU?

I’m always big chillin homie!

Dropping truth bombs is fair game, whether it feels good or not.

Repeating a blatant, disgusting lie when you get your feelings hurt by said truth bomb is simply pathetic. When you know you can’t provide evidence, it’s even worse.

Seems like you’re a better man than that though

Biggest issue with this is teams have a max 7 home games and 6 if you play a home-home with a P5 team or have a neutral site game. Way too much money lost for this to be considered.

I think the bigger issues are getting ESPN to pay for more, and the 4 OOC in state rivalries.
